dog poop

i lay in dog poop in order to get this shot. these beautiful periwinkle early spring bulbs flower profusely in my neighbor's yard. i wanted a perspective where the delicate little limegreen stamens were emphasized....and that meant me lying prone on the ground. little did i realize that my neighbors had their son's dog staying with them for a few days..........stinky stinky - messy messy.
so i ask you - was the shot worth it? dog @&$! all over my white tshirt and jeans?

anything beautiful is worth it.
to know God better is worth it.
to live a life that honors Him is worth it.
to be about something bigger than yourself is worth it.
to capture and distribute His amazing love and grace is worth it.

talk about beautiful - not many people can turn something from the subject of "dog poop" to insights that brought tears to my eyes. :) Thanks for sharing!! You do a terrific job of sharing God's beauty through the little tiny lens of your camera!

It is wonderful looking! I recently took some spring shots of some crocus.

It's taken me almost 2 weeks to create my own blog site so I can comment when I feel the urge. Didn't think it would be on "dog poop", though. All your pics are wonderful, and I've enjoyed the ones on flickr site for the past year. Amazing.
