every year our church has a massive outreach the saturday prior to Easter sunday. we have a huge community easter egg hunt and party. we give away tons of food, candy, and prizes. everything is free. we have a big moon walk and great music. it takes over 100 volunteers to pull this thing off! this year was our 8th consecutive community easter egg hunt. each year it gets bigger and bigger. this year, folks even ventured out to hunt eggs in the freezing weather and spitting snow!
our church's motto is "small things done with great love will change the world". mother teresa said that and we have found it to be very true in our community!!
