my husband steve with his youngest sister, lauren. she's 27 and 16 years younger than steve. when steve was 15 and his mom announced she was pregnant at the age of 42, steve was horrified to realize what his parents must have been doing in the bedroom next to his! but now that steve is 42, he realizes that his mom and dad were most likely having to schedule times for sex, when the kids wouldn't be banging on the locked door wondering what was for supper! they had probably learned the incredible value of a "quickie" and the ability to not make too much noise. they had no doubt adopted the carpe diem mentality - SEIZE THE MOMENT - because the opportunities for intimacy don't come knocking as much as we'd like.

this is beautiful lauren who is a journalist and graphic designer. she reminds me so much of julia roberts, especially when she laughs.
her and steve are alike in many ways - same skin tone, same amber brown eyes, same extroverted personalities.
we love her very much.
