the call to create is at times a gentle urging in my life -
and some days it feels like a pressing need.
the call can overpower the clamor of a thousand voices
and can carry me on a magic carpet of hope and personal fulfillment.
God is so present in nature.
and in words.
and in us
and in the call to create.

I couldn't comment when I first read this post, as I was overwhelmed with NOT being able to create, and worried that I may never be able to create again. My pity party's over now. Working in those creative urges is what sometimes gives us the freedom and peace to give to all else.
